Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro Town Centre and Memorial Blvd. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Leadership Development Program: Business Ownership Path . This program is specifically designed for future business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in pursuing long-term leadership opportunities within Chick-fil-A.

Participants will gain hands-on operational leadership experience while progressing through a structured development roadmap designed to prepare them for high-level leadership responsibilities. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. It is a fast-paced leadership development experience focused on operational excellence, leadership growth, business acumen, and personal development.

Your Impact

• Learn every aspect of restaurant operations from the ground up

Background Profile

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5 Years of Restaurant Experience (Required)
